What exactly does an Annual License and a Subscription License mean?

Annual License means that you can use the software for exactly one year. You are entitled to free program upgrades that released during your active license. Prefered discounted pricing for existing users is provided for Annual License Renewals.

Subscription License provides the capability to use the software for three years. The cost of maintenace for the first year is included in this license and any new upgrades can be procured free of cost for the first year. Annual maintenace can be purchased for the remaining years to continue recieving free upgrades. This type of licensing locks in your license for any price changes in the near future for latest versions.

You can renew your license by contacting us, we provide special pricing for license renewals.

Can I procure a license that never expires?

No, we generally do not provide such Single User Licenses that will never expire. If you are interested in a site or network licenses please contact us and we may have a solution that targets your specific licensing needs.

What is maintenance and what all is covered? What are the benefits of procuring annual maintenance?

Annual maintenace provides you free upgrades to the latest released version of the software with an active license. This is provided free of cost for an Annual License and for the first year of a Subscription License. With maintenance you can also avail free technical support by phone or email for any issues which may arise with the software.

Can I procure a site license for the entire company so any one can use it on a network?

Yes, we provide site licenses for all our software systems that can be installed on a network. These licenses are priced based on number of users on a network. Please contact us for a specific price quote on Site Licenses and their advantages.

What is a dongle or a hardware key? Why do you use hardware keys?

A dongle or a hardware key is a small hardware device that attaches to the parallel (printer) port of your computer and keeps track of the license for the software system. You cannot use the software without a hardware key. It helps us enforce a Single User License and prevent piracy so that there is only one concurrent user of the software. You can install the software on as many computers as you like, this gives flexibility to the end user.
These dongles are perfectly transparent to the printer or any other hardware keys for other programs that you may have. We also provide USB Keys for computers or laptops without printer ports.

What happens when my license expires? Do I have to ship the key back for license renewal?

The hardware key keeps track of your license and when it expires. As soon the license expires, the software is locked and users can no longer use it. On purchase of a license renewal, we will email/fax you an activation key that will renew your license. You do not have to ship the key back to us for renewal.

Why do I need an init code for a demo version?

Our Software Demo Versions are protected against software piracy and illegal use and distribution. You may freely download them and try for 7 days without any init code. Once the free trial has expired and you need to use the program for an extended period of 7 days, please email us the MID and the Site Code so we can reactivate your demo by sending you an Init Code.

How can I purchase a license? Can I pay by Credit Card?

To purchase a license, please download, fill and fax/email us an Annual Order Form or a Subscription Order Form. Fill in the Purchase Order Number if you would like us to invoice you. We accept Wire Transfers and Credit Card payments. If you are using a credit card, fax in the details instead of sending it by email for security reasons. I am unable to see your orderforms, can you email or fax them to me?

The software order forms are in pdf format and Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view these order forms. Click here to get Acrobat Reader. We can fax also them to you, please contact us with your fax number and contact details.
